We can’t really be sure what Trump and Putin talked about in Helsinki, but it certainly appeared Trump asked for and received advice on how to consolidate his power so that he, his family and administration won’t be held accountable for their lies, power grabs and profiteering; assault and control a free and open press. Trump daily, if not hourly, ratchets up his attacks on all news media other than Fox. How long will it be until reporters are assaulted and eventually killed because they challenge the deceit, corruption and incompetence that thrive in the White House?
